How do I find my driver?+
At the latest 90 minutes before pickup you get your driver's name, phone number and licence plate. For arrivals, your driver messages you the exact pickup point when you land — and you have their number.
Can I cancel?+
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup — refunded in full to your payment method.
