Your cars. Your tillstånd. Our prepaid bookings.
Förare sends prepaid Arlanda transfers to connected åkerier — planned trips at fares agreed before dispatch, driven under your own permit, settled to your company monthly.
With it comes a fleet dashboard: what every car and every driver actually earns, and every permit, besiktning and insurance date watched in one place. Free to connect.
What connecting gets you
Pre-booked airport work, without building the booking site, the payment flow or the flight watching yourself.
Prepaid trips, not leads
Bookings arrive planned and already paid. Your drivers accept or decline each offer — nothing is forced onto a car, and there is no bidding.
Your cars, your tillstånd
Trips run under your own taxitrafiktillstånd, in your own cars, with your own drivers. We bring the booking; the operation stays yours.
Airport work that behaves
Arlanda transfers with the flight watched. If the plane is late the pickup moves — your driver gets the new time instead of a wasted hour in the garage.
Prepaid by the passenger. Settled to your company.
The same rule we give drivers and customers: everything agreed up front, everything on a receipt, nothing in cash.
The fare is fixed before dispatch
The passenger prepays a fixed price, and your share is on the offer before a driver accepts it. Traffic does not change what the trip pays, in either direction.
Two clean invoices, 6% VAT
Your company invoices Förare for the transport at 6%; Förare invoices the passenger. F-skatt on your side, receipts on both. Nothing in this chain is cash in hand, ever.
Monthly settlement you can point at
Everything settled in a month is paid at its end, to the company account you registered, with a reference on every payout. The dashboard shows what is coming and what has been paid — so a question about money is answered by a screen, not a phone call.
No-shows are paid in full
If the passenger never appears, the driver reports it in the app after the waiting time and the trip pays as if it ran. Your car's time is worth the same either way.
A dashboard that answers åkeri questions
Not a dispatch screen — the overview you currently keep in a folder, a spreadsheet and your own memory.
What every car and driver earns
Economy per period, per vehicle and per driver — settled amounts, not estimates, with the payout reference next to each.
Every expiry date, watched
Besiktning, insurance, taximeter, permits — each document with its date, in one place, instead of in a drawer until the day one lapses.
Drivers without the paperwork risk
Each driver verifies their own körkort and taxiförarlegitimation in their own portal. You see the status — valid, expiring, expired — never the documents themselves.
Your Bolt work, in the same picture
Connect your Bolt fleet account, or upload the monthly report, and see that work alongside Förare trips — one view of the whole fleet.
The document handling is built to keep you out of trouble in both directions: we verify everything before the first trip, and your drivers' identity documents never pass through your hands — each driver holds their own, you see only the status. That is the arrangement a data inspection wants to find.
What your åkeri needs
Nothing a working Swedish taxi company does not already hold.
Taxitrafiktillstånd
Your transport permit, valid and in the company's name. Trips run under it, so it is the first thing we verify.
F-skattsedel
We are buying fulfilment from a business, not employing anyone. F-skatt is what makes that clean for both sides.
Company insurance
Liability cover for the operation, alongside each vehicle's own insurance.
Licensed cars and drivers
Cars with working taximeters reporting to a redovisningscentral, valid besiktning and insurance. Drivers with körkort and taxiförarlegitimation — each verified in their own portal.
Connecting is four cards
Stop halfway and come back — nothing is submitted until you press the button. Most åkerier have all three documents within reach already.
Create the account
An email address and a password. We send a code to confirm the address is really yours.
Your company
Name and organisationsnummer, plus the three documents: taxitrafiktillstånd, F-skattsedel and company insurance, each with its expiry date.
How you get paid
The company account we settle to. Förare pays the åkeri — never your drivers directly.
Send for review
We check the documents by hand and come back to you. Then add your cars and invite your drivers.
After approval you add vehicles and invite drivers — and any driver who already signed up naming your åkeri is waiting for your confirmation, not for another form.
Where we actually are
Förare is new, and we will not pretend otherwise to a company that runs real cars. We are starting around Arlanda and Stockholm, the founder holds a taxitrafiktillstånd and drives the work himself, and volume is being built booking by booking — we are not going to promise your fleet a number of trips we cannot stand behind.
What we can promise is the shape of the deal: every trip prepaid before it reaches you, fares fixed before dispatch, settlement monthly with a reference, and documents verified on both sides — ours as well as yours. And the dashboard is useful from the first day, before any volume: your cars, drivers and expiry dates in one place is worth having on its own.
Connecting early costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It means your åkeri is on the roster when the bookings come, instead of joining the queue afterwards.
Questions åkerier ask
- What does it cost?
- Nothing to connect, and no fee to receive Förare trips. The dashboard comes with it.
- Do my drivers need their own accounts?
- Yes — each driver runs their own portal, where they accept trips, see their earnings, and verify their own körkort and taxiförarlegitimation. You see each driver's status, never their documents. Drivers who have already signed up and named your åkeri appear for you to confirm the moment your company is registered.
- Who pays whom?
- The passenger prepays Förare. Förare settles with your company monthly, with a reference on every payout, invoiced properly at 6% VAT. You pay your drivers on whatever terms you have with them — that relationship stays yours.
- Do we have to accept every trip?
- No. Every trip is an offer to a driver, declinable per trip. Declines are recorded.
- Is this exclusive?
- No. Your cars and drivers keep working with Bolt, Uber, your own customers — anyone. Connecting to Förare adds a source of prepaid work; it takes nothing away.
- What happens if a passenger never shows up?
- The driver waits, reports the no-show in the app, and the trip is paid in full. Waiting for someone who does not come is still work.
Three documents, and you are on the roster.
Taxitrafiktillstånd, F-skattsedel, insurance. Start with an email address — the documents can wait until you have looked around.
